are you humble?

For it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose. Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain. But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering on the sacrifice and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you. 18 So you too should be glad and rejoice with me.

Philippians 2:13-18

My question today would be how much do we grumble or get upset over a situation? God says to do all things with out grumbling or arguing. My problem is when I can only see it my way then I want to argue about it. You will find no where in the word that will give us a right to argue about a person or situation. God only asks us to be humble and pray and let Him work it out. I want to hold fast to God, not a problem so I will not do what I am doing for God in vain. You really have to understand what it is to be a sacrifice, to understand being humble. To be broken and poured out. That means complete silence, surrender give up what I want or think and give it to God. And when you get there you can share an encouraging word with someone about God because you will not just know, you will feel what they are going through. Lift someone up today it may lift you up while you’re doing it. Have a blessed day.
