Do not fear [anything], for I am with you;
Do not be afraid, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, be assured I will help you;
I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand [a hand of justice, of power, of victory, of salvation].’
Isaiah 41:10
God is speaking to Israel to not be afraid. That means He is speaking to you. He is always with us, in us and all around us. He has it. For I am thy God - I am able to preserve and strengthen you. Remember the I am is with you. And He will uphold us, it is not in us but in Him too keep us by His right hand. If you keep trying to do it yourself you will keep falling but when you let go and let God then it will work. I thank God for what He is doing in all of us God bless you.
