At LWC you'll find a group of women who are hungry for God, dedicated, loving and hard working. The Women's Ministry is involved in ministering to ladies that require ministry for needs in their life or who want to join in ministering the life of God to others. Women of all ages are welcome. Come join us and see how Jesus is changing women's lives and setting them free!

We want every woman and young lady to make a date with the WM's each month.  Come to the meetings and receive from God.  Come expecting and leave with more than you imagined.

 

Who We Are

What Is Women’s Ministries?

Women’s Ministries is an opportunity to touch the lives of women by the power of Jesus Christ through outreach, Ministry Groups, and discipleship. Through this exciting ministry, Christian women are touching the world in varied and creative ways. They are reaching beyond personal interests and comfort zones to embrace women of all ages, races, professions, and social standings. They are building an environment for women to mentor women—a place where women can learn, practice biblical love, and feel God’s love in a very real way.

Mission Statement

The mission of Women's Ministries is to touch the lives of women and girls through the transforming power of Jesus Christ, discipling them to follow His example, and training them to minister to others.

Statement of Purpose

1. Reaching women through the transforming power and love of Jesus Christ.
2. Discipling women to follow Christ's example and live overcoming lives.
3. Building wholeness and balance, both spiritually and mentally, through consistent prayer and study of God's Word.
4. Providing an atmosphere for women to develop their gifts, abilities, and lasting relationships.
5. Training women to find their places of ministry and effectively touch their world for Christ.
